Atwater PAL participated in the 2008 CAL PAL Sacramento Experience Conference. PALS and SALS from all over California participated in this four day event. Atwater PAL members toured the state capitol and had workshops in the proactive Character Counts program that deals with working with juveniles in a positive environment promoting good citizenship.
